01. WHAT IS YOUR RATE?

I do have set prices for packages but my prices are also negatable and competitive to others, just ask. I try not to view clients as a price tag so I tend to adjust price based on what your looking for, and I want to keep it affordable to you.

02. How long have you been in business?

The company name came about in 2025. It used to be CM (Creative Media) Photography and before that started as Chris Moore Photography.  The ideas to start the business came in 2009 with my first clients, and became official in 2010

03. What form(s) of payment do you accept?

I take Cash, credit, debit, Apply Pay, Venmo, just about all forms are accepted except " pay as you go" methods.

04. HOW DO WE BOOK YOU FOR A SESSION OR EVENT

Just reach out to me through social media (insta,tiktok,fb) or directly HERE and let me know what you're looking for and timeframe; Then I can let you know my schedule and if I am available.

05. What if I am not in San Antonio? Do you travel?

That depends, I will travel up to a certain distance outside of town. Please contact me directly for availability. A travel & accommodation fee may be applied.

06. Can i get the raw files?

RAW files are usually not available for purchase. though under discussion , I may release them at a very high additional price along with a separate contract agreement due to RAWS do not reflect the MOORE Than a LENS vision.

07. How many images will I recieve?

The amount of images returned heavily depend on the session/event. Like every experience, I do not limit the amount of images I take and try to get out as many as possible.

08. WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE FINAL IMAGES

I try to keep my turnaround timeframe 2-5 days. If it takes longer Ill inform you. If they are needed sooner, there is small "Rush Fee" charge. You will receive a email or a text message with the download link which will be accessible for 30 days. During this time feel free to download or share that link as many times as you desire.

09. CAN I SEE SOME SAMPLES

You don’t have to wait in silence for the final!! Just ask and I can send you a few samples and ask your feedback on if you want the editing done differently.

10. What happens if weather conditions change?

If the weather changes or something comes up, we can discuss a different date that works for both parties.

11. HOW DO YOU HANDLE LOCATION SETUP?

I ask if you have something in mind and visit the area to check it out, or if you do not have an area in mind I try to suggest parks or previously visited areas

12. WHAT KIND OF SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?

That depends, I am always open to trying something new

13. WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING OUR SESSION?

I like to keep sessions fun and relaxed, not really a big fan of "posed" photos, I like to grab the natural look. I feel people tend to get uncomfortable when they know they are being captured or told to stand or look a certain way.

14. DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES?

At this moment I do not offer videography services, but I am learning it, just not yet ready to offer it.

15. CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER ALONG?

SURE! why not? And if you want to include them in a photo or two (or more), Let me know as there might be a small price adjustment possibly.

16. What about clothing changes or props?

You are free to bring any clothing or items you want included.
